General Orthopedic Surgeon, Sports Medicine Focus, Northern California Join a well established, hospital employed orthopedic practice near the California Oregon border. This role offers the opportunity to develop a Sports Medicine focus while maintaining a balanced schedule. Position Highlights

• Practice Model: Hospital employed General Orthopedic Surgery practice.
• Sports Medicine: Develop a Sports Medicine focus within your practice.
• OR Access: Dedicated blocked operating room time.
• Call Structure: Shared call with no trauma responsibilities.
• Schedule: 4.5 day workweek.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Salary: $808,000 starting salary.
• Sign On Bonus: $125,000.
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000.
• Paid Time Off: 8 weeks of PTO plus paid holidays.

• Malpractice: Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
• CME: $5,000 CME allowance.

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Sports Medicine interest or experience welcomed
• Open to 2027 graduating residents and fellows
