Logistics & Inventory Coordinator

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Run receiving, staging, and inventory for high-value IT and facility equipment flowing into the campus. What you’ll do: Receive, inspect, and log inbound equipment Stage hardware for deployment waves Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts Coordinate freight and rigging appointments Keep dock and staging areas safe and organized What you’ll bring: Warehouse or logistics experience preferred (training provided) Forklift certification or willingness to certify Comfort with inventory systems and scanners High school diploma or GED Full training provided — no prior industry experience required.
