What You'll Do

• Decontaminate all surgical instruments and scopes, including drills, DaVinci equipment, and other specialized tools
• Assemble instruments across all service lines, including trauma, loaner sets, and peel packaging
• Perform sterilization processes via sterilizer and steam methods
• Handle high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope reprocessing
• Manage sterile storage and inventory control
• Collaborate with OR staff as a liaison to ensure smooth instrument and instrument set management
• Track and document processing activities using Censitrac or similar tracking systems

What You Need

• Valid certification in sterile processing (CBSPD or CRCST through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM)
• Prior experience working in sterile processing, OR, or trauma environments preferred
• Ability to work night shift and float to other facilities if required
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and sterilization standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
