Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Hockessin, DE
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a rewarding OTR opportunity with competitive compensation and modern equipment? Join American Trucking Group, where we offer dry van routes with excellent mileage potential and performance bonuses. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving with reliable equipment and consistent earning potential.
Home Time:
- Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight.
- We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods can occur.
- Schedule operates Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All vehicles come with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibility.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock wait times.
- Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily comprising automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week.
- Base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, alongside a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.
Running Area:
- Primarily focused east of I-35, with the potential for dedicated drivers to achieve 3,000 miles per week.
- Consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and earning potential.
Benefits:
- Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
