Managing revenue cycle performance initiatives, the full-time Revenue Cycle Performance Manager will provide leadership and expertise to enhance operational and financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead and manage revenue cycle performance management team to identify and implement enhancement initiatives Drive continuous improvement projects and strategies within the revenue cycle to achieve organizational goals Facilitate collaboration among multi-functional teams and executive leaders to optimize revenue cycle operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Five or more years of experience in revenue management or performance improvement within a healthcare organization Proven management skills with a focus on team building and leadership Extensive experience in project plan development and workflow analysis Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
