Director, Revenue Cycle Strategy, Partnerships & Operations

Hartmann Young is partnered with a high-growth digital health company transforming care delivery through remote patient monitoring, AI-enabled care models, and continuous patient engagement.
We are seeking a Director, Revenue Cycle Strategy, Partnerships & Operations to lead provider-facing reimbursement strategy, partner performance, and operational optimization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with health systems, physician groups, and billing teams to improve reimbursement performance.
- Lead revenue performance reviews and identify opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
- Support RPM, CCM, and technology-enabled care reimbursement programs.
- Develop ROI models, reporting, and reimbursement strategies.
- Translate CMS and payer policy changes into operational guidance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to drive partner success.
Requirements
- 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, provider operations, implementation, customer success, consulting, or reimbursement strategy.
- Experience working directly with provider organizations or health systems.
- Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and payer dynamics.
- Experience within digital health, RPM, virtual care, value-based care, or healthcare technology preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Candidates must be Boston-based or willing to relocate for a role requiring 4 days per week on-site in Boston.
