Overview Registered Nurse - PACU, Nashua, NH, travel assignment starting 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks. Earn between $2,465 and $2,614 per week with 40 guaranteed hours per week. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,465–$2,614 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Start date: 09/21/2026 Setting: Hospital, acute care PACU Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care to patients in the post-anesthesia recovery unit under medical staff direction, following policies and care plans. Maintain unit-specific competencies for critically ill patients; participate in quality improvement efforts; complete clinical documentation and care plans in a timely manner. Communicate patient information effectively during handoffs, rounds, and physician interactions to support continuity and patient safety. Promote a safe environment by following established protocols, supporting patient safety initiatives, and contributing to Just Culture practices; elevate issues through the chain of command. Conduct hourly rounding in collaboration with licensed nursing assistants; identify and address patient safety concerns; collaborate across departments to resolve conflicts and improve care. Assist with procedural nursing duties as appropriate, including involvement with Flow wire, Opsens and IVUS procedures; demonstrate knowledge of contraindications and reversal for IV adenosine infusion; safely administer procedural sedation and document sedation per policy; participate in ongoing sedation competency activities. Requirements Active New Hampshire RN license BLS certification required ACLS certification required (except for Pre-Admission Testing and Operating Room) Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or obtained prior to orientation NHISS certification preferred or obtained prior to orientation 3 years of critical care experience preferred Graduate of an approved nursing program preferred Ability to work in a hospital PACU environment and meet unit requirements Benefits and Support Up to 16 hours of orientation unpaid 40 guaranteed hours per week 13-week assignment duration Assignment support provided by Healthforce Healthcare LLC Scheduling flexibility and contract terms may include limited shift cancellations as part of the assignment PAY DISCLAIMER Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
