Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify the specific needs of clients, ensuring the development of effective treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, applying a range of methodologies tailored to each client’s situation.

• Employ various therapeutic tools and modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Foster collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and documentation accuracy.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in relevant workshops and keeping updated with the latest research in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia is essential.

• At least 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, particularly in a clinical or telehealth setting, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 300,000 to 400,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we are pleased to offer a generous sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
