Senior Cost Accountant - Remote with travel OR Full Relocation to 115k ALL IN The position is based in Tucson, AZ, and the company offers a generous full relocation package or can be Remote with frequent travel! Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Accounting (equivalent to a CFO in most organizations), this high-impact Senior Cost Accountant role will play a key part in the company’s Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and ongoing plant finance operations. We're seeking someone agile, collaborative, and ready to lead through change. Key responsibilities include: Leadinglabor&overheadcostingsetup SupportingERPconfigurationtesting,documentation&changemanagement ServingasaSuperUserpost-implementation Drivingvarianceanalysis,KPIreporting,andplantfinancialinsights Partneringcross-functionallytoimproveprocesses What we’re looking for: 5+yearsofcostaccountinginmanufacturing Strongvariance/KPIreportingexperience ERPimplementationexperience(OracleFusionaplus) CPA/CMAorMaster’spreferred This opportunity offers a highly competitive compensation package, full benefits, and is based in Tucson.
