Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $3,225 per week

Position Physical Therapist – Home Health (Travel). Location: Saluda, VA. Start Date: 07/27/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 40 per week, Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Shift: 8 hours daily. Employment Type: Travel. Job Summary Providing therapeutic services to patients in a home health setting. Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy in accordance with physician orders. Responsibilities Deliver physical therapy to patients in their homes. Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy in accordance with physician orders. Document all patient care activities in EMR (HCHB). Participate in periodic office meetings. Qualifications & Requirements Successful completion of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. 2–3 years of physical therapy experience preferred (minimum 0 years). Current, unencumbered license to practice physical therapy in Virginia. Current CPR certification. Basic computer skills (log‑in, internet, email, desktop navigation) and ability to self‑manage online HR services and training programs. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance as required by agency. Must bring license on the first day of work.
