Logistics Coordinator

Serve as the primary contact for assigned warehouses. Communicate with warehouses, carriers, customers, and internal teams through phone and email. Monitor and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports. Record lot numbers, inventory transactions, and product information in accordance with company procedures. Arrange outbound shipment releases and coordinate warehouse transfers. Process bills of lading and related documents to support accurate inventory and billing records. Maintain accurate warehouse records, documentation, and system information. Research and resolve routine inventory and shipment issues. Escalate service, inventory, or operational concerns when needed. Prioritize daily workload and complete tasks in accordance with company procedures. Requirements 0 -3 years in international logistics, warehouse customer service and/or order processing Proficiency in Microsoft Office Basic Excel skills Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completion Robust problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in his or her work Ability to work independently, yet also be a team player Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
