We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in assembling products, maintaining production quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment daily
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain production quotas and efficiency standards

Qualifications

2 years of previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial experience preferred but not required
Ability to read and follow written instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
