Duties

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and clear guidance

• Manage visitor check-in and check-out

• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with health regulation policies and HIPAA standards

• Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately to appropriate departments or personnel

Experience

• Prior experience working in a medical office or healthcare environment is highly preferred

• Knowledge of health regulation policies, including HIPAA compliance and medical confidentiality standards

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person
