Job Opportunity: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This position is based on-site and involves providing exceptional, resident-focused occupational therapy interventions under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

• Execute treatment plans as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Assist in conducting evaluations and assessments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress.
• Encourage and facilitate independence in daily living activities.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and care teams.
• Provide education and support to families of residents.
• Contribute to a nurturing environment that prioritizes dignity, safety, and personal development.

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
