Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to join our senior living community. This position involves working directly on-site to:
- Evaluate residents' functional capabilities.
- Create tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapy aimed at improving mobility, enhancing balance, and preventing falls.
- Maintain accurate documentation within electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and care teams.
- Educate residents and their families about safe mobility practices and home exercise programs.
