Develop an advanced understanding of beverage manufacturing and distribution process.

Ensure prompt correspondence to all forms of consumer communications.

Reconcile wholesale distributor defective product claims.

Issue product reimbursement to consumers as necessary.

Work closely with internal Operations Team, co-packers, and warehouses to resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction.

Compile complaint data and share trends with internal staff.

Maintain monthly scorecard data for each Contract Manufacturer

Identify sources of product defects and participate in root cause identification and corrective actions.

Participate in the validation of Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).

Be the first interaction with any telephone, email and online customer inquiries.

• Two years of experience in a role that is directly responsible for consumer satisfaction.
• Previous experience working directly with product consumers is preferred.
• Previous experience using JotForm or other Quality Assurance software is preferred.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record required.
• Impeccable written communication skills.
• Willingness to grow and take on new responsibilities as needed.
• This position requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

This full-time, 40-hour per week role is Monday through Friday and offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with two days working from home and three days working in the office each week.
