Requirements Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the 18-bay service department, ensuring maximum efficiency, workflow management, and shop productivity. Lead, mentor, and recruit service advisors, technicians, and support staff to foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture. Manage department profitability, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain strict inventory and warranty administration standards. Champion Stellantis and BusinessLink OEM standards, maintaining elite Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Ensure shop compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations. Must be a person of the highest levels of personal and business honesty and integrity. Qualifications Experience: Proven track record as an Automotive Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Lead Service Advisor at a high-volume dealership (dealership/OEM experience preferred). Leadership: Strong team-building skills with a focus on coaching tech efficiency and advisor closing ratios. Technical & Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with heavy-duty commercial service, EV vehicle maintenance, and warranty processes.
