Pay Range: 55k - 70k/YearShift DetailsCurrent shifts available:3rd shift hours: Sunday – Friday, 10:30pm – 7:00am (additional shift differential included)Job ResponsibilitiesThis role involves general maintenance tasks, including:Assisting in pipe cutting, preassembly, and installation of plumbing systems and components under supervision.Monitoring production management systems to determine operational status and system malfunctions.Building, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, designing, and modifying production equipment related to plumbing.Installing, repairing, and maintaining chilled water, steam, heat, water, gas, drainage, sewage, and other plumbing systems.Operating reamers, threading discs, sewer tapes, pipe cutters, snakes, and other plumbing equipment and hand tools.Assisting with the installation, repair, or replacement of hot and cold water lines, building heating systems, valves, traps, backflow prevention devices, and pipes.Operating machine tools to fabricate parts.Maintaining current knowledge relevant to state-of-art technology, equipment, and/or systems.Ensuring proper care, safety, and maintenance of equipment and supplies.Complying with all environmental and safety policies and procedures.Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Operating forklift and other heavy machinery.Assisting with routine inspection and maintenance on building system components.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:A High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
