Hourly Pay: $11.00 per hour + TIPS
Job Type: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt At Scooter’s Coffee , we believe that amazing people make amazing coffee. We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused Baristas to join our team! If you’re passionate about creating memorable experiences, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love a good cup of coffee, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items according to Scooter’s standards.
- Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to every customer.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Work collaboratively with your team to keep operations running smoothly.
- Uphold Scooter’s values of integrity, love, humility, and courage in every interaction.
- A positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine passion for people.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability and attention to detail.
- Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll provide training!
