Registered Nurse - Full-Time - Night Shift - Neonatal Intensive Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing professional and technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Responsibilities: Communicate clearly, build collaborative relationships, ensure accountability, seek continuous improvement in patient experience, and promote professional growth. Supervise team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver age-appropriate care according to standards. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), current Basic Life Support certification, valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility, and at least 1 year of NICU RN experience. Work Environment: Night shifts (12x3), with weekend and holiday shifts as needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, engagement, and initiative to enhance patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Here
