Protection Specialist - Unarmed

We are seeking a professional Unarmed Protection Specialist to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to help create and maintain a safe and secure environment for our premises, assets, and personnel.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other illegal or inappropriate activities.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Report incidents, suspicious activities, and safety hazards promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in public safety or security.
• Active Guard Card
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Valid CPR License preferred but will be required 30 days after hiring
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in security are a plus.

Hiring Shift

• TUESDAY - SATURDAY
• 6:00 PM -2:00 AM 
• Candidates must have reliable transportation and be available to work the full assigned shift.

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Paid in accordance with the company’s established payroll schedule.
