Manager, Product - South Coast Plaza

The Product Manager at South Coast Plaza is a brand ambassador and business leader responsible for driving the performance of assigned product categories. This role coaches and develops the boutique sales team, owns assortment planning and analysis, and partners with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to deliver elevated client experiences and business results. Responsibilities Coach, inspire, and develop a team to deliver elevated client experiences. Drive all aspects of the assigned product category including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning. Provide initial and ongoing training on product knowledge and service delivery. Partner with Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to align assortment and business strategy. Represent the brand in the market and develop the client base through events and local partnerships. Requirements Minimum 5 years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays. Excellent communication skills and a passion for the brand and client experience.
