Managed Services & Systems Administrator

ComTec Solutions LLC

ComTec Solutions LLC, a Rochester, NY–based Epicor ERP and managed IT provider, seeks a Managed Services & Systems Administrator to support SMB manufacturing clients. In this role, you will manage Windows servers, networks, Microsoft 365, backups, and security, while troubleshooting complex issues and implementing improvements. Collaborate with a small, professional team to deliver reliable, customer-focused service. You’ll work directly with clients, mentor junior staff, and pursue certifications, gaining exposure to Epicor ERP and diverse technologies in a growth-oriented, work–life–balanced environment.
