Job Description / Qualifications Japanese trading company seeks an Aircraft Parts Associate Coordinator /Repair. ＊＊＊Entry-level candidates are welcome. ＊＊＊ Division: Aircraft Parts Location: Torrance, CA 90501 Employment Type: Direct Hire, Non-Exempt Salary Range: $20-$21/ H Depends on your experience plus overtime pay/ non-exempt ***Candidates with expectations above the provided range will not be considered. The final compensation will be determined within the above range, taking into consideration your experience and skills. Work Arrangement: Hybrid — Work in the office at least two days per week after a 3‑month probationary period. Mon-Fri. *During the initial 90‑day Introductory Period, employees are expected to work on‑site on a daily basis, as this period is dedicated to training. These conditions are based on the policy as of February 2026 and may be subject to change depending on future circumstances.* Responsibilities： Handle stock repair order & SORO and communicate with Repair shop & our sales memers. Data entry of repair orders in the system. Handle the transfer of shipments between storage company, repair shop and our office. Analyze repair history and quotation to process repair quicker. Communicate with shops to improve relationship. Support our sales members inquiries such as RFQ of POSH or EO, and communicate with repair shop to have the information. Manage customer's claims for quick solutions with reasonable way to both companies. Learn and utilize technical data resources (CMM & IPC) for customer's support. Manage your time and complete assigned tasks within the time specified. Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time, including after hours Physical Requirements & Working Environment： While performing the duties of this job, the staff is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and/or listen. Use hands to pick-up, handle, carry, and reach with hands and arms. The staff must occasionally lift and/ or move items up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is moderate (Ex. Working in a business office with computers, printers, and telephones). The staff is required to attend the company events, gatherings and trainings during the work hours. The staff may be required to travel for business and / or work beyond normal business hours when necessary. Minimum Requirements： Language skills Ability to effectively respond to questions from customers, management, staff, and the general public in English. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups in English. Ability to write reports and procedure manuals in English. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Other skills Must be tactful, mature, flexible and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures.
