Position Summary We are looking for a Manufacturing Strategy Engineer with strong analytical skills to drive continuous improvement across our high-volume semiconductor wafer fabrication operations. This Engineer will act as a bridge between demand‑driving product owners, the Capacity Planning team, and shift‑level execution. They will translate complex demand signals into dynamic run plans, uncover and resolve tool‑capacity and cycle‑time bottlenecks, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives that increase equipment utilization and reduce throughput variance. The engineer will schedule tool work, coordinate maintenance‑day activities, manage spec activations, act as the shift’s voice, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on automation, cost saving, and improvement initiatives. Role and Responsibilities Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: Operational Strategy & Performance Optimization Dynamic Planning & Scheduling Communication & Cross-Functional Leadership Smart Manufacturing & Data Analytics Skills and Qualifications Here’s what you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields. 3–5+ years in semiconductor fabs, automated manufacturing, or factory operation roles. Strong proficiency in SQL, Data analysis, Microsoft Office, and Project management. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Production control, Capacity planning. The current base salary range for this role is between $76,000 - $145,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
