Die Cutter Machine Operator

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Die Cutter Machine Operator Job Duties:
- Set up and operate die cutting machines according to job specifications and production orders
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality, efficiency, and production output
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues on die cutting equipment
- Read and interpret job tickets, blueprints, and work instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
Schedule: 2nd Shift – 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Die Cutter Machine Operator Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience operating die cutting machines in a manufacturing or print environment
- Experience with Bobst die cutters (130ERII or Novacut 106 preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience performing make-readies, setups, and tooling adjustments
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
