We are seeking a Preoperative/PACU Registered Nurse on a Per Diem basis. Job ID: 90246-147 | Date posted: 06/08/2026 Responsibilities Provide continuity and quality nursing care for all patients with ongoing assessment of the patient’s condition. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. Assist physicians in procedure rooms, including conscious sedation and sterile technique as required. Deliver comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia or sedation, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Prepare patients and families for discharge, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. Active RN license in Florida. Certification in BLS and ACLS; PALS preferred if required by the center. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in PACU or Critical Care preferred. Proven ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
