Position: Maintenance Technician (Industrial / Manufacturing) Location: Cincinnati, OH Job Id: 477 # of Openings: 1 Full‑time position with overtime available. Willing to train. Earn a competitive hourly rate plus overtime while working with advanced printing and production equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Position Overview We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our production facility by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and building systems. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment (presses, bindery, mailing, packaging systems) Diagnose and fix electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime Maintain facility systems (plumbing, compressors, chillers, etc.) Assist with machine setup and installation Help develop and manage spare parts inventory Support building maintenance (painting, snow removal, general upkeep) Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety procedures (lockout/tagout, etc.) Work with team members and outside contractors as needed Qualifications Experience with industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or mechanical repair Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems Familiarity with tools like voltmeters, ohmmeters, etc. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical environment Willingness to work overtime and support emergency repairs when needed Preferred (Not Required) 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience Experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing environments Trade school or coursework in electrical, hydraulics, or pneumatics Knowledge of PLC systems Physical & Work Environment Manufacturing environment (noise, moving equipment, temperature changes) Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) Work around mechanical systems, tools, and industrial equipment Schedule Full‑time (40 hours/month) 1st shift Overtime available based on production needs Occasional off‑shift support for urgent repairs Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and DOT physical AAP/EEO Statement Graphic Village is committed to using recruiting and hiring techniques that attract a diverse pool of applicants.
