ASAP - Ongoing
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 30 days; emergency privileging considered

Shift Details
24 hour call coverage, 7am-7am
Weekend coverage required
Call coverage needed approximately 10-14 days per month

Requirements
Board Certified
Ohio medical license
Fellowship training
BLS and ACLS

Required Procedures / Skills
CABG
Arterial revascularization using internal mammary, radial, or gastroepiploic arteries
Redo coronary revascularization with or without heart valve surgery
Pericardial window
Heart valve repair or replacement
Mitral valve repair

Assignment Details
Practice setting: hospital based rounding
Average cases per day: 1
Patient population: adult
Number of operating rooms: 20
Support staff includes three physician assistants
EMR: Epic
Facility Trauma Level: 2
