Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain client records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Insurance License required. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
