Key Qualifications:

• Current OT licensure in Michigan (or eligible for licensure)
• Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OT services to students in Tecumseh SD (majority) and Addison SD (1 day a week)
• Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
• Assess, document, and monitor student progress
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support academic and functional success
• Educate staff and families on strategies for promoting student independence
