Senior Manager, GTM Strategy

Partnering with senior Sales leadership, the full-time Senior Manager, GTM Strategy will own strategic decisions shaping the go-to-market organization, collaborating across teams to define business priorities and enhance revenue growth. Key responsibilities Serve as a thought partner to senior Sales and GTM executives, shaping business priorities and resource allocation Own complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives, managing the entire process from problem framing to execution and measurement Lead cross-functional workstreams, ensuring clarity and alignment while translating business goals into technical requirements Required qualifications 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience in GTM Strategy or related fields Proven track record of leading global, cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive measurable revenue outcomes Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level stakeholders through structured analysis and clear narratives Strong commercial instincts with comfort in tying strategic decisions to investment prioritization Expertise in CRM systems and GTM analytics tools, including SQL for independent data analysis
