Ready to make a real difference? Damar is currently seeking a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to join our team. The Quality and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the compliance, quality, fidelity, and outcomes of service through visual data review with a focus on Damar policy and procedure. The Quality and Compliance Coordinator will work cooperatively with all department staff to ensure licensing and state reporting compliance. The Quality and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for developing and participating in activities that promote communication, monitoring, and documentation of critical incidents.
