About the Role

As a Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you'll represent nationally recognised brands through face-to-face customer interactions. You'll help customers learn about products and services, answer questions, provide recommendations, and create positive experiences that build customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll develop professional communication skills, customer service expertise, sales confidence, and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Learn product and service information to confidently assist customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns effectively
• Support customer acquisition and sales objectives
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Maintain accurate customer information and records where required
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and customer service training
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Weekly Earnings: $850 - $1,050 per week (Base Pay Including, commissions, Performance Bonuses & Incentives)
