Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of therapy programs to restore and improve physical function, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy interventions using standard PT protocols and techniques; monitor and document patient progress
- Develop discharge plans and communicate them to patients, families, and relevant care parties
- Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines
- Supervise assigned therapy assistants and coordinate care within the team

Requirements
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required; licensure in the state of practice (CA) required; DPT licensure criteria per note: required if obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Physical Therapy license in California; CPR/BLS certification required
- Experience: Two years of physical therapy experience preferred
- Specialty-specific: Pelvic floor therapy experience and PRPC or WCS certification or actively pursuing certification
- Vaccinations: All associates are required to meet vaccination requirements as a condition of employment, with exemptions as applicable
- Overall: Ability to work in a hospital/short-term acute care environment; compliance with institutional policies and procedures
