Client Advisor

Ambitious and client-focused, the full-time Client Advisor will engage with small- and medium-sized businesses to convert inbound inquiries into sales, managing the initial conversation, diagnosing client needs, and guiding them through the sales process remotely. Key responsibilities Run high-energy discovery conversations to establish rapport and uncover business objectives behind client requests Qualify leads, manage deal cycles from discovery to close, and maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and keep clients engaged throughout the sales process Required qualifications 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of converting inbound opportunities into paying customers Experience in managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously while maintaining momentum Strong understanding of client needs and ability to articulate relevant offerings effectively Full availability during working hours to take client calls Exceptional time management skills in a fast-paced environment
