What You'll Do:

Conduct evaluations and develop patient-specific treatment plans
Deliver physical therapy treatments to meet individual goals
Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Maintain accurate patient records following standards and policies
Assist in program development to improve community health outcomes
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse patient populations
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality and efficient care delivery

What You Need:

Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
Valid physical therapy license in Louisiana
At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
Proficiency in using healthcare software and web-based applications
Excellent judgment, communication skills, and adaptability
Ability to handle sensitive patient situations with professionalism
