Responsibilities Program Management: Execute day‑to‑day operations of merchandising programs, support cross‑functional business partner management, and drive store communications. Strategic Partnership: Act as the store expert and thought partner for projects, ensuring decisions support our overall operating model and strategy. Process Optimization: Drive optimizations for key programs and initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce store workload, and maximize productivity. Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects by driving timelines, deliverables, KPI reporting, recaps, and action plans post‑delivery. Training & Development: Oversee the development of training programs and lead post‑mortems to identify future opportunities. Issue Management: Proactively identify potential problems, assess their impact, implement solutions, and travel to stores as needed. Qualifications Retail Expertise: 3+ years of retail project management experience; retail operations experience preferred. Project Management Excellence: Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills; experience with Smartsheet or other project management software a plus. Communication Mastery: Highly developed verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strategic Thinking: Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities; comfortable with ambiguity. Innovative Mindset: Contribute new ideas and process improvements; exceptional attention to detail. Technical Proficiency: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management platforms. Compensation The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 – $106,000.00. Additional bonuses may be earned.
