We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team!
Schedule is alternating weekly:
Week 1:
- Monday: 2:00 PM 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: 2:00 PM 8:00 PM
- Friday: 2:00 PM 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
Week 2:
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 2:00 PM 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 2:00 PM 8:00 PM
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Greeting customers and visitors
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting various departments as needed
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly and professional Dependable and punctual Strong communication skills Comfortable working independently Customer service experience preferred
