Pricing Strategist

Bathing Brands is a well-established, growing organization in the sauna, steam, and experiential bathing space. The Pricing Strategist plays a key role in supporting the business by ensuring pricing is accurate, competitive, and aligned with our goals, while working closely with Sales to support real-time pricing decisions. This is a hands-on role focused on applying data in a practical way while working closely with the business.

This position works cross-functionally to ensure pricing is consistent, competitive, and responsive to changing market conditions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, naturally curious, and comfortable working with data to solve problems and support business growth.

This position is hybrid, requiring regular onsite presence with the option for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Support & Analysis

• Use sales and cost data to support day-to-day pricing decisions and ensure accuracy
• Review pricing trends and identify opportunities to improve margins and competitiveness
• Maintain and update pricing tools and models used to support daily business decisions

Quote & Sales Support

• Serve as a key partner to Sales by supporting quoting and pricing decisions in real time
• Work closely with Sales teams on quoting, ensuring pricing is accurate, consistent, and competitive
• Review and validate customer-specific pricing and proposals
• Provide timely pricing guidance to support business opportunities

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain pricing data within internal systems (ERP/CRM), ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in pricing data and work to resolve them
• Provide simple, clear reporting to support pricing decisions and business performance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align pricing with business objectives
• Communicate pricing insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply data in practical, real-world situations
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, working with large datasets)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, quoting, or financial analysis, ideally in a sales-driven or product-based environment
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or related industries
• Experience working directly with Sales teams or supporting a quoting process
