Assistant Director Of Human Resources
The County of Santa Barbara is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to serve as the Assistant Director of Human Resources to help lead the Department into the future. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic leadership, a solution-focused approach to issues, proven ability to develop and execute initiatives for change, broad expertise in current Human Resources practice, strong organizational skills, and a high level of responsiveness to leadership, customers and stakeholders.

Paid Time Off:
