Job Summary Recruiting Admin Assistant. Great job for a student who is enthusiastic and self‑starter and loves talking with people. This position will be interviewing and successfully onboarding new hires. Position is for someone who demonstrates an excellent work ethic and takes ownership of their responsibilities. Looking for someone who enjoys fast pace. We are a fast‑growing company specializing in Warehousing/Managed Labor since 1988. Responsibilities Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage the recruitment process in ADP, ensuring timely communication with candidates and accurate record‑keeping. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection. Handle confidential information with discretion. Administer drug and physical assessments. Requirements Must have administrative experience and good computer skills. Hourly Position $18 to $20/hr.
