B2B Sales Representative

Hiring for a dedicated B2B Sales Representative at our Chandler office. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our company's competitive edge. Duties and Responsibilities Engage directly with potential clients, establishing rapport and evaluating their marketing needs. Analyze market trends and client data to provide tailored solutions that align with client objectives. Deliver dynamic sales presentations and proposals to elucidate the benefits of our services. Navigate through the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Assist in the development and optimization of sales strategies and processes. Regularly update and manage client information in our CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance campaign strategies and execution. Participate in training and workshops to refine sales techniques and enhance product knowledge. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate potential solutions to clients. Requirements Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the marketing or similar industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively negotiating and persuading clients. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools; HubSpot certification is a significant advantage. Demonstrable ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with proficient analytical skills to assess client needs and formulate impactful solutions. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. Able and willing to work full-time from our Chandler office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Passion for continuous learning and professional growth within the sales domain.
