AlphaGraphics Mesa on Baseline is seeking a driven, results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team. We are a locally owned center with 36 years of proven success, backed by the strength of the international AlphaGraphics brand. As a trusted, premier provider of commercial printing and custom signage, we help local organizations stand out through high-quality visual communications. In this field-based role, you will be the face of our company, hunting for new B2B business and delivering consultative visual solutions.

What You Will Do

• Prospect daily through cold-calling, networking, and door-to-door canvassing.
• Own your territory by identifying and securing new high-value B2B accounts.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs and scope projects.
• Measure site specs accurately for custom signage and wide-format displays.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial pitch and quoting to closing.
• Collaborate with production to ensure accurate project estimates and delivery.
• Nurture relationships to build a robust pipeline of long-term, repeat business.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven B2B sales history with a track record in outside business development.
• Industry expertise in commercial printing, wide-format, or signage preferred.
• Strong consultative skills to understand technical client specifications.
• Self-motivated drive with exceptional negotiation and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily local travel.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
