Quality of code written is very important for this role as you'll be developing components for Lululemon's pattern library.2+ years of experience working with accessibility tools like Deque Axe, JAWS, etc. This team is building a pattern library for all of Lululemon specifically focused on accessibility so understanding of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) is a must. Someone with a lot of accessibility design experience will have the opportunity to guide and help shape how lululemon approaches accessibility across the whole organization.2+ years of experience working directly with design teams for front end development. This will show up as someone who has partnered with designers building cutting edge web experience, redesigning a website or working with a design team for compliance/accessibility.
