Machine Operator
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Machine Operator role in Portland, OR. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient and accurate production. Set up machines according to specifications, including calibration and adjustments. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment. Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Pay
$17.00/hour. Four 10-hour shifts (MondayThursday).
