Chemical Production OperatorMadden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking chemical production operators for a high-purity chemical manufacturing client. If you're reliable and motivated to contribute to a company that respects your success, we'd love to hear from you.Pay & Schedule: $23.00–$26.50/hour DOE Shift: Day, Swing, and Night shifts available Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (+$1.00/hour shift differential) Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (+$2.00/hour shift differential) Overtime opportunities available, including weekend shiftsKey Responsibilities:Safely don and doff cleanroom attire and PPEOperate pallet jacks and overhead cranes (certification provided)Label, package, and inspect drumsPrepare, wash, and fill drums with high-purity chemicalsCalibrate tools and prepare filling equipment for useMaintain accurate digital records in the inventory systemArrive on time and participate in passdown meetingsFollow assignments from senior operators and shift leadsMaintain housekeeping and clean production work areas dailyFollow all safety procedures without exceptionStop work and alert team members if unsafe conditions are foundMaintain respirator and HAZWOPER certificationsParticipate in daily safety shares and required trainingAdhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cleanroom protocolsWear required cleanroom attire in designated areasReport and assist in resolving quality issuesParticipate in daily quality shares and root cause investigationsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (GED) requiredAbility to follow detailed written and verbal instructionsBasic math skills (with calculator)Strong attention to detail and willingness to learnAbility to work in PPE, including respirator and cleanroom gear as neededPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for long periods, and work in industrial environmentsPreferred Qualifications:2+ years of work experience (manufacturing, warehousing, or customer service)Basic chemistry knowledge (high school level)Benefits:Medical InsurancePaid Sick TimePaid Holidays401(k) with Company MatchWork Environment:This role operates within a high-purity chemical manufacturing facility, including cleanroom environments.
