IT Business Analyst

Introduction We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our bank's progress towards business agility. This role involves collaborating closely with software development teams responsible for building and maintaining our technical applications. Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- General technical skills, including the ability to write SQL
- Understanding of the basics of software engineering and database design
- Superb communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior work experience at our financial institution or in the financial industry
- Agile-related certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master, CSM, or PSM
- Familiarity with Enterprise Change Management best practices
- Experience with Informatica
- Documenting project scope
- Identifying and refining requirements
- Tracking and reporting project status and deliverables
- Documenting and producing project artifacts
- Managing the project roadmap
- Assisting with requirements gathering, test script writing, QA/UAT testing, and documentation writing
