Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting finance and operations teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including landed cost, costing sheet, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
• Develop and maintain data entity, table, and field mappings within D365, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Integrate standard D365 ISV solutions such as Vertex, SKG, Anaplan, Adaptive, Power BI, and GetPaid to optimize financial processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for D365 finance and related systems, ensuring seamless operations and reporting.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Dynamics Business System Analyst or in a similar role, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics modules such as Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, or Business Central.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
