Busser Position

Responsibilities:

• Clear tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to dishwasher
• Reset dining tables in a timely manner with special attention to order
• Restock glassware, ice and beverage items in service area
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining area
• Perform opening/closing responsibilities
• Practice safe handling and cleanliness standards at all times
• Adhere to quality standards and restaurant rules and procedures
• Actively participates in the company's social media program by posting/sharing company fliers to personal social media accounts, if available
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Experience in busser position or restaurant environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is continuously standing during the entire shift. The employee is frequently required to walk; sit; stoop; bend; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
